If a material fact is wrong, we correct it clearly and preserve an honest record of what changed.

How we respond
The desk checks the original source trail and any new evidence. Material corrections are reflected in the article and its updated date. Small spelling or formatting repairs may be made without a formal correction note.
What is not a correction
Disagreement with fair analysis is not automatically a factual error. We will, however, review analysis that rests on an incorrect fact or missing material context.
